Network Drive Disconnects at same time every day

My users (all XP and Vista workstations) lose the SBS 2003 network drive at 5PM every
day. They've just started working 4 10's, were not here at 5 until the last few
weeks.
I've checked every station and the server for any scheduled task that might run at
5PM. Nothing. I've changed the time on the server to see if the dropout follows...
mixed results.
The Access databases they use are on this network drive. Therefore, the applications
stop working. Other functions continue to work, such as internet connections.
The net drive connection is made at user logon by a command in their logon script
on the server. No problems for 2 years. Then they started working 4 10's, which
means they work through 5PM. Rebooting the workstations and logging in again remakes
the connection, and all is well.
Anyone seen anything like this before?
