Well, if I wanted to stare at this script a really long time I could decipher it.. 
But instead, it would be better if you reposted it, and checked the option at the 
bottom that says, "Check this box to preserve your spacing...", so I can see what 
the bat file is supposed to look like when the forum doesn't put it all on one line.
