THeres lots of problems if you installed on the "SAME" drive. In other words, if you installed XP and 2003 on the same partition, you've got problems. Otherwise, the same hard drive should be partitioned into two seperate partitions, and in this configuration it is not a problem. All I can say is that you will possibly need to connect to the manufacturer's website and download Server 2003 drivers for your motherboard. You may have to use a USB flash drive to transfer drivers if you do not have any network interface drivers installed.
