BSD with WD Data LifeGuard Diagnostics

WD Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics recently invoked my WS3 into boring BSD. Say...
from 10 times, at least 5 times this would appear. Otherwise I have no problems.

Naturally inclined to learn more from Event Viewer; but the same offers absolutely
no useful data. No errors or any problematic issue reflecting this crash.

Otherwise my system is rock stable, but as some gambling habit, I just can't help
myself and occasionally I want to see whether again and again this util would trigger
this state. So it does, in mentioned manner.

So can you make something of this, to be more concrete, I've managed to take a picture
of last particular crash : http://tinyurl.com/67vba9

This strikes me as driver problem, but there is no visible problem in Events and
I certainly checked IRQ resources and to verify there is not a single issue there
either.

Thanks
