Microsoft sites are not opening

Hi all,
I have an interesting problem that i am not able to
Open Microsoft sites like microsoft.com,msn.com
while rest other internet sites are working perfectly.
Because of this i am not able update my Servrer.
PLS let me possible solutions/reasons.
