I don't get what you are saying. Are you saying you added a linksys wireless adapter
to the server and now have it connected to your network wirelessly? Why would you
connect the server to your network wirelessly if it was previously hardwired? It
makes no difference if you connect it wirelessly or hardwired, except that hardwired
is much preferred over wireless for reliability. I can't see any possible reason
to ever have a server connected wirelessly.
All your other devices can connect either wirelessly or with a wire. The server
doesn't have to be "wireless" for the other devices to be "wireless." As long as
everyone connects to the same network. Did you also add a wireless router to the
network, or did it already exist?
I can't really answer your question because the information was rather vague. Can
you explain, in more detail, the setup you have on your network.
