While you can export the LDAP entries, this is only helpful as a backup, you cannot 
import them in another server. You should try to fix the issues using replmon. Also, 
not using Microsoft's DNS service is asking for trouble. You can very well set it 
only for the AD, and configure the Linux/BSD machine as slave for the zone.
