Does anyone know (or have) a way to list the permission scheme for ALL the folders? Is there a utility, bot, or spider that would search a tree, then either display or print out the directory tree with all of the underlying NTFS and/or share permissions listed for all the folders?

try this; http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ShareEnum.html I think it works on 2003 if not, look here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9d467a69-57ff-4ae7-96ee-b18c4790cffd&displaylang=en
