Prevent EFS on file shares?

Hi all,
Is there anyway I can prevent EFS encrypted files from appearing on the file server?
We have laptop users with with EFS enabled, and it works well. However, when they
copy files up to the file server they stay EFS encrypted - which is no use when others
in their department try to open them!
Is there anyway to disable EFS in a given directory?

I think you need to disable the server' trust relationship for delegation to any
service (which includes EFS). You can confiure that in Active Directory Users and
Computers. Look at the property sheet for that server, and look on the Delegation
tab.
