Raid 1 - need more space!

I have a Windows Server 2003 system with 2 SCSI harddrives with a Raid1 setup. I need to add another hard drive. I would like to keep with a RAID 1. Should I buy 2 new larger harddrives? Do I just break the mirrored volume? Please let me know the best method of adding more space. Thank you.

If you are using 2003's software RAID , you can break the mirror, remove one drive, replace it with a larger drive and then re-establish the mirror - read the HOW-TO in Disk Management. Works like a charm.
