Server 2003 5 cal query

Good Morning I have acquired a computer with Server 2003 5 CAL installed. It has a COA sticker attached to the side of the case. I was thinking of using this for a small business of 8 computers, but I do still not understand the licensing terms correctly. I have looked on Microsoft’s website but still a little unclear. The company has 8 computers, 1 user account per computer. All computers have there own Windows XP Pro / Windows XP home Licences Which are either OEM or Retail boxed. So my question is can these 8x users connect to the Server or can only 5x users connect because of the 5 CAL Licence. Thanks for any info Joni

Only five can legally connect at a time according to the MS policy. CAL is Client
Access License, which means only X amount of users can access the server, regardless
of their own individual Windows' license.
