I have a question about What's the difference between Windows 2000 and Windows XP?:

My Application (cgi using ORB calls) to fetch LONG RAW data from Oracle database over the network using Apache as Webserver and display an Image, is now consuming more time after migrating my OS to 2003 from 2000. Please let me know if any parameter (like time outs) related to network is different in Win 2000 and Win 2003
