I am trying to find out what is creating multiple dumps on one of my servers and
how to turn it off. The path is \\winnt\pchealth.

Nothing in the event logs, but I may be on to something. I made a change in the Advanced
tab on the My Computer setting. I disabled Error Reporting. I am now waiting to see
if more dumps are generated.

That did it, no more dumps were created after disabling Event Reporting.
