auto logoff after inactivity in domain

I have a Windows SBS 2003 domain controller with Windows XP clients, I'm looking for a way to automatically logoff users after a certain period of inactivity. I found one way (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314999) but it requires configuration on the clients which I don't want to do because they can just remove it. Is there any other way to accomplish this?

If you are just looking for a way to log them off if they leave their computers on after they leave for the day, you can do this in group policy through Default domain policy by setting log on hours and enabling the log off after logon hours expire option in the GPO. however, if you want to auto log them off during logon hours after a specified period of inactivity you will more than likely have to use a third party utility such as the one here: http://winability-com.winability.biz/active-exit/
