Hi,
Recently I found that my server can't start the services:
Computer browser
Workstation
Netlogon
So I uninstall the : Client for Microsoft network
and reinstall it. But I can to reinstall this
Error message :
Could not add the requested component : The error is : Access is denied
===
server configuration
Win2003 SP2 - 1GB RAM
Logon : admin
=====
Pls help to resolve this matter

Your initial problem sounds like a service dependancy problem. Kind of a domino effect
where one service failed and the others are unable to start without it. As for the
access denied error, what level user account are you logged in under? Seems you would
have had to have admin rights to remove it. If you have an admin acct you could try
uninstalling and reinstalling the NIC driver and it should put Client for MS networks
back as that is always included by default. Good luck, Paul
