Utility to import pre-defined security templates?

Hello all, I am searching to see if there is a utility or command in Windows 2k3
Server that will allow admin to import/copy a pre-defined security template over
the default Domain policy. Ideally, this command/utility would require no user interaction.

My work requires me to apply a "standardized" security policy to the default domain
for the servers I configure for different clients. It would really save myself and
others time if there was a command or utility that would automate this process. My
hopes are to find something that can do this and put it into a simple executable.

Thank you,
 -decz
