Local Drive Names

I am working with a Server 2003 that other users access with Remote Desktop. After
a restart the systems seems to latch on to computer name of one of the users and
then no matter who logs on the system will refer to that users drives like
C: on John Smith' s Computer
Even though the current user is Jane Doe and it should say
C: on Jane Does's Computper.
Any clues would help!
