User not getting emails

Randomly one of my users is not getting emails. She has talked to the sender(s) and they are not getting a system undeliverable message. I've checked her spam blocker account and junk email folder, not there. Also when she scans a document to her email address from our copier it doesn't go through. Any ideas, thanks

Not a whole lot of useful information here.. :) Are you using an Exchange server or something? Remember, that Outlook has the ability to just plain delete messages before they ever come in, if they are hit by a rule the user may have programmed. That means you will not see a copy of it, or any evidence of it, any where. I ran into this the other day with a customer.. Took me quite a while to figure out that they had a huge blacklist setup in Outlook 2007, that contained many GOOD e-mail addresses such as his other e-mail addresses. And to top it all off, had the option selected to just delete the message if it matched any address in the blacklist. So, for the longest time I was trying to troubleshoot why his e-mail "was not working" because I could not find any evidence of the e-mail. Could also be a corrupt .PST file. Assuming you are using Outlook.
