I have server 2003 on a small network and need to redo or rebuild my DHCP and DNS since the first person that did it made big mistakes and conflicts. Any ideas?

just delete the dhcp scopes, recreate new ones and change the DNS settings in the DNS mmc console. Do it after business hours and test.
