Issues with Website

I recently migrated my website from a server 2000 box running sql 7 to a server 03
(64 Bit) box, running sql 05.
I am having issues with the site...Every once in a while, when you go to the sites
login page, sometimes it will take FOREVER to get to the site and login. Often when
the site is experiencing this problem, the site will never load, and I will get this
page cannot be displayed. The exact second I initiate a restart on the server, the
page loads and opens up instantly. There are no errors in the logs anywhere......This
is driving us crazy here, anyone have any advice?

Check the device manager to see if the LAN device(s) are set to turn off to save
power.
You never know, it might be that simple.
Good luck!

I'll keep monitoring this issue, but have you or anyone experienced this issue before
due to this setting? I have read a few things online about this setting, and they
don't really point to this issue.
