problem with roaming profile permissions

i have set up 2 users with roaming profiles. my user account which works fine. the
second one doesn't. when i put the user name and password in for the problem account
a few seconds later when its trying to load user data its saying that windows cannot
copy file (and then the location of the data of the profile on my server) then it
blabs on about security rights and at the bottom it says access denied. this is what
has got me baffled. i have went into the sharing and security of the profiles$ folder
and in the permissions i have administrators with full control and well as the domain
users with full control and have tried putting everyone in with full control but
this didn't seem to work. the problem account is a domain user while mine is administrator
and has been added to the enterprise admins group, admins(a group i have created
in my admins OU dns admins, dns admins, enterprise admins, group policy reators and
scema admins, basically i have all the power while the problem child is just a domain
user (i also tried adding this account to the administrators group). back to the
profiles folder i have in the security tab added administrator and domain users with
full control and have blocked inheritable permissions. i also tried adding everyone
on this folder too but it wasn't successful. my problem account is located in an
OU called general and added to a group called general which is self made in that
OU.
please help this has got me so frustrated i don't know what to do.

YOu may be looking in the wrong place... AN access denied message can also mean that
the file is in use.
I know your frustration with this kind of thing.

Maybe it is just a corrupted profile also... Interesting though.
