Odd thing, my desktop short cuts, icons, etc, dont work.

I'm running Server 2003, sp2 and for some weird reason I cannot right click my desktop
or its icons/shortcuts (like My Computer), nothing responds. Right click the desktop,
nothing. Taskbar works fine, start menu works fine too. If I right click My Computer
under the Start Menu it responds fine and normal. Any ideas? Happens with remote
access too (terminal services).
