terminal server local drives redirection error

Hi,
I`ve configured a w2003 R2 as a terminal Server, users are connecting to it using
Windows XP. To transfer data among them I`ve checked local drives in the local
resources tab. Itīs working OK almost all the time and users can access to their
local drives as a network drive, but there are some users whose icon dissapears
and instead this icon appears like an archive that Windows donīt recognize and the
user canīt access to their local drive. Some time after this happend the network
drive connects correctly and the user can access normaly to his unit.
Iīve checked the sistem looking for any virus or malware but itīs clean, and I havenīt
found any error in the event viewer.
Could you help me in this issue.
