For what its worth, Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server is limited to 75 concurrent users. But on Exchange 2003 you can have over 4000 active MAPI sessions concurrent. I'm not sure of the limits on Data Center, Enterprise or Std editions of Server 2003. But IME you run out of some other resource first - maybe that's what's happening to you ?
