hi, guys! i have a problem for you. i have one hp laserjet 3050 all in 1 printer installed in one cpu. that cpu is in lan with ibm win2k3 server. i can share the printer, but i can not scan from server using hp3050. can anyone give me the solution for this?

You cannot scan from another machine on the network when the scanner is hooked to 
a workstation.

You have to have a network based all-in-one printer that is hooked up directly to 
your LAN.  You can then configure "scan to" settings from each workstation/server 
that you want to scan to.
