Systray day to date.

Basically I have three VMs of Windows 2003 server, on all three I have the taskbar up to two lines. The systray though only shows the time and the day, not the date. The time I would like but I would prefer to have the date. Now if I pull it to three lines I can see all three. I've tried looking into the display properties, the date and time settings, the regional settings, nothing seems to access the systray. My Vista shows all three, as well as my VMs of XP. Any ideas?
