Hey there,
Don't know much about computers, I'm using one at work right now to ask this so please
be patient. My boss just gave me a computer he doesn't use any more from his house.
I turned it on and nothign happens where a mouse works or where I need to put my
username in like I do here.
My boss said that the computer has no program in it, and all I have to do is get
one on it to run.
I know work uses Windows I think and I went ot google to learn some stuff about it.
I know Windows 7 is what I want to put on the computer.
Question is, how do I put a Windows on the computer? There are no options for putting
it on when I turn the computer on. When I turn it on two things happen, it says:
IBM BIOS 1.1892 1994.
90 Mhz Pentium
Press F1 for setup.
And a bunch of numbers count up to 32000 I think and it stops at 32000KB
The computer then beeps and says Non System Disk, replace and press any key.
The thing is, I can't seem to find a disk in the disk drive in teh front the computer.
I can't get passed this screen. I keep pressing keys like it says and it just keeps
giving me this messege.
Am I missing something? How do I put Windows 7 on this? Any help would be nice.
Thank you,
Sarah
