Basically, from what I can tell, it's a 90Mhz Pentium with 32mb of RAM and it has no operating system installed. That PC originally ran Windows 95 (very slowly) and would barely run Windows 98. Windows 7 will not install on that PC. It is entirely too old. The PC is not worth the effort to get up and running properly so I suggest getting rid of it (trash it). Anyway, that's just my opinion.
