You could probably find a Old Windows 95 Disk at one of the online Auction Sites, but in reality the PC may not be worth much effort or expense really. You could also just use one of the Linux Live CD's like Puppy Linux, and then you don't have to install anything, but the Computer does have to be able to boot from a CD to operate.
