The 5.25 drive may even work but getting a driver to work for the old DAT tape drives is not going to happen. I know, I spent days looking for a driver that would work under XP for an old Conner tape drive. ZIP drive is not a problem, supported natively under XP so probably okay under Vista and Win7.
