Windows 7 is much less resource intensive and seemed rock solid when I tried it. I ran it on my HP 750c P4 1.8Ghz 1GB system with no problems. Also ran it on a Celeron 2.2Ghz 1GB system with no problems. Booted quickly and ran well. When I do get a new computer, it will have XP or Windows 7, never Vista.
