If the XP licenses are OEM (the Dell certainly is an OEM, the other one most likely 
is OEM too but could be retail), then they are permanently tied to the computer onto 
which they are first installed and are not permitted by the End User Licensing Agreement 
to be moved to any other computer.  The license dies with the computer.
