Why not just open up Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start 
Menu\Programs\Accessories and C:\Users\[USER_NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start 
Menu\Programs\Accessories, and make your edits there?
