However, checking how my external is 'view' by my computer. I notice it is listed as a 3A USB Device (it is possible to install from a USB - but my BIOS does not allow for booting from a USB). So not even a hard drive!! Will this make the issue about an eSata external HDD invalid? I would like to install windows 7 on this device, whilst keeping Vista on the internal HD.
