Well win7 was a mistake for me. i guess my system just isn't up to the task (1.8 ghz with 1.5 gig ram). runs much slower than xp and video card isn't recognized and on and on. anyway, how do i get rid of it? tried to re-install xp with xp disc, but "install" was grayed out. tried to format c: from command prompt but was told i had to be in "elevated mode"? went to help to find out what elevated mode was and how to get there, but there were no entries for it. am i stuck with my mistake or can someone help me. thanks alot. mike patterson
