The problem is that 'Trusted Installer' is running at a higher level than Administrator.
It is running at System Level. There is a way around this, and I have a feeling I'll
be rediscovering it soon, as I am finding I can't stand the lack of a real menu system
with Windows 7. There is CSMenu 0.9, but almost as soon as I installed it, it gave
errors and died. After using Windows since Windows 3.1, and DOS before that, I really
am having a hard time believing that MS thinks that this is a good way to leave things.
I used the beta, the RC, and now have a copy of Ultimate, but it sucks that there
is no EASY way to return to at least the default XP menu system. I'll get back here
with the method to alleviate your problem.
