I had the same problem. MS experts gave me a workaround with BCDEDIT but it doesn't work. I would like to find out if you are using on OEM version. I am, and wondering it MS turned off the option in OEM ver. BCDEDIT says the boot manager file isn't there. The MS solution ended with the same error.
