Yes, you assume right that I didn't check "Auto Rearrange" and I did not push F5 either. However, I like your list of annoyances of Windows throughout the years. I suggest you add this one to your list. I did some more research on this subject, and I am not surprised that this seems to be a common problem. It is mind-blowing that Microsoft always finds ways to annoy it's users! If anybody found a way to fix this bug, please let all of us know - thanks!
