I haven't seen the re-arranging of icons since, but I was also done installing new programs and/or updating display drivers. I will keep an eye on this and report accordingly. However, I found along the way that Microsoft made it a lot more difficult to even get to "Save Mode". Sometimes you wonder what those people think? Maybe they are soooo convinced that they gave us a perfect product with Win 7 that we don't need "Safe Mode" anymore????
