EVERY Vista BSOD that I ever saw was the result of bad drivers or bad hardware.
Since 7 is for all practical purposes Vista Second Edition, in your case I would
expect the same.
Run the memory checkers, run the hard drive diagnostic, check the hardware manufacturer
for up to date drivers.
