Taskbar on left side of screen is buggy

If the taskbar is on the left side of the screen, I see two annoying bugs when I
use "switch user".

If I use autohide, do a "switch user", and return, the mouse can't unhide the taskbar
until I unhide it by other means. Pressing the "windows" key will unhide it, and
from then on I can unhide it with the mouse. But if I do another "switch user",
the same thing happens again.

If I make the taskbar wider, do a "switch user", and return, the taskbar will be
shrunk to the default size, which is about the width of an icon.

I don't even need more than one account to see this. If I do a "switch user" and
immediately return, these things happen.

It's only "switch user" that causes these problems. Logging off and back on does
not cause this. If the taskbar is at the bottom of the screen, these things don't
happen either.

The shrinking taskbar happened in the RC version also, but the hidden taskbar that
can't be unhidden by the mouse problem only exists in the RTM version.

Does anyone else have this problem?
