Cut the .exe files out of the Folders that they are in and just have then in the 
All Programs folder loosely.. 
and PIN the most used programs to the Taskbar, That way when u First press Start 
theyll appear.

Then goto Taskbar propeties?start menu tab, and at bottom you can choose how many 
to show.

Thats what i do anyway...Or, what i WILL Do when i finnish messing around finding 
new things out.
