I've had keyboard glitches too, check BIOS check to make sure it recognizes Legacy
devices & USB Keyboard setup.
I've worked with Mobo's which were picky as to 'which' USB port pair they
were plugged into.
For example one pair of ports in the rear as opposed into the other in the rear.
Most times the ones on the front are not initialized first -in which case you
need to keep it plugged into the rear.
also when installing a brand new keyboard - it has to be plugged from the cold
start when starting the windows to 'recognize' the ID of the new hardware & load
hardware and then thereafter you can plug it in at anytime afterwards.. Windows
is fickle!
