If Dell doesn't have it, there probably is no Win7 driver for your graphics.
Intel doesn't have Win7 drivers for the above mentioned D865 board and doesn't plan
to make any.
If your machine is a desktop and it has an AGP slot, you can probably find a video
card with Win7 support. Or maybe a PCI video card.
If you want to exhaust all possibilities, you could find the manufacturer and model
of the motherboard in your computer, and go to the manufacturer's web site. If the
machine is more than a few years old, I'd say your chances of finding one are slim.
There are programs that can probably identify your motherboard. The only one I'm
familiar with is Everest Ultimate. It's a nice program but will set you back somewhere
around $35. But they probably have a 30 day free trial. There used to be some free
programs, and probably there still are.
You might be able to find the manufacturer and model by looking at it. Without removing
the board that would probably be difficult or impossible.
It doesn't surprise me the default driver won't give you much resolution. I was
very surprised it did so with with my D865 board. I guess it was my lucky day.
