Win 7 Ultimate 64 Upgrade says »Desktop Background chnge feature disabled by admin - want to enable Monday, November 16, 2009 at 8:16 pm Windows 7 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Drew Fenwick (2 messages posted) Pavillion Laptop - upgraded to »Ultimate 64 Win 7 - also have installed Kaspersky Internet 2010 - went to change desktop background and given message Administrator has disabled desktop background feature. The obvious question is where do I enable it? Can`t find a solution on Technet or in other forums. May have been disabled by Kaspersky as a system vulnerability but don`t know where to change that. Your suggestions would be appreciated.
