Well, I don't know. I think it's good news that Windows update installed drivers.
I presume this card shows up in Device Manager.
I would right click on the desktop and click "Screen resolution". Check the drop
down menu next to Display, to see what's there. Also click on "Advanced settings"
and see what's there.
When you power on, the motherboard BIOS should display something on the screen.
Does it display anything on the monitor when plugged into the PCI card?
