You need to visit Microsoft's hardware usability pages, since you are attempting
to use a VGA that was defective when new, at least when compared to Microsoft's Direct3D
standards, and hasn't improved at all as it aged. It is six years old, was worth
perhaps 75 cents when new, and now is worth perhaps a nickel, certainly no more!
It is bad hardware, and this is a Windows forum. We are concerned with software
problems, not ancient hardware, sorry.
