When your in the wallpaper area, select Ease of access Themes, then you can pick
what solid colors you want with Desktop Background (Solid Color)

Wallpaper is Static, Screen Saver is Dynamic.
A Screen saver can be a group
of rotating Wallpapers.

There are lots of free Screen Savers offered on the Internet. But, according 2 one
article I recently read on the net, we should be careful downloading them because
many of them come with preloaded viruses. Have you heard about that too?

True, a lot of free stuff is bundled with Viruses these days. I would stay away from
free screensavers especially. Besides it is easy to screw up Windows with a Bunch
of junky software of any kind.
