Does anyone have any idea of what MS is going to charge for windows 7? Do you think
there should be a larger discount for current Vista users since the are kinda saying
that W7 is going to be what vista should have been. Not like I care, I love Vista
anyway, but just curious.

I'd agree with Steve, Vista and XP were priced pretty much identically so all the
more reason to expect more of the same.
I seem to have read somewhere that about 90-95% of Windows sales are of the preinstalled/OEM
variety. Actual shrink-wrapped retail sales of Windows is a comparatively small
chunk of the overall picture.
