Hi guys, just bought Win 7 Ult x64. I may have made a boo boo bt deleting my sample pictures folder. Now, if I want to change my UAC pcture in my profile, the "browse for more pictures..." doesn't work anymore.. any ideas on how to get this to work or bring that folder back? Thanks!!

This answer may not be in the topic of you answer, but I put my wallpaper pix in
Windows\media folder to make sure I have a uniform place for such things in case
I get in the mood to change my desktop wallpaper from time to time

Yes I do that as well... great idea but it does not help in this situation. Thank you.

I create my own 128x128 bitmaps, and just copy them to the "User Account Pictures" Folder. Then don't have to Browse for them.

The Folder is C\Program Data\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures

You can also just use search to Find the Folder

Don't know how to fix the Browse Feature. You might want to resist Deleting System Folders. It can have weird side effects.
